    The Japanese formed the "National Spiritual Mobilization Alliance," the largest mobilization group in the country, in 1938, with the goal of stealing resources for the war effort. This document compiles various measures imposed by Japanese authorities to deplete the spirit of the Joseon people, highlighting the Japanese coercive actions used to crush the Joseon people's mentality.
